In the configuration Mikrotik
Ether Configuration 1 (Line ISP 1)
IP address: 192.168.0.2/24
Network: 192.168.0.0
Broadcast: 192.168.0.255
Comment: ISP 1
Ether 2 configuration (ISP Line 2)
IP address: 192.168.1.2/24
Network: 192.168.1.0
Broadcast: 192.168.1.255
Comment: ISP 2
Ether 3 configuration (Lan Client Line Heading Into Switch)
IP address: 172.16.0.1/24
Network: 172.16.0.0
Broadcast: 172.16.0.255
Comment: Lan Client
After completing the configuration on one ether, ether ether 2 and 3, we continue to manufacture mangle, how:
into the terminal ==> / ip firewall mangle ==> then enter then copy the entire code below:
add chain = prerouting in-interface = ether3 connection-state = new nth = 2.1 action = mark-connection new-connection-mark = lb_1 passthrough = yes comment = "LB Client" disabled = no
add chain = prerouting in-interface = ether3 connection-mark = lb_1 action = mark-routing new-routing-mark = route_lb_1 passthrough = no comment = "" disabled = no
add chain = prerouting in-interface = ether connection-state = new nth = 2.2 action = mark-connection new-connection-mark = lb_2 passthrough = yes comment = "" disabled = no
add chain = prerouting in-interface = ether3 connection-mark = lb_2 action = mark-routing new-routing-mark = route_lb_2 passthrough = no comment = "" disabled = no
*** Important: note part of its interface should be the same on the Lan.
then we go again ... into the terminal again ==> / ip firewall nat ==> then enter ....
again copied the code below:
add chain = srcnat out-interface = "ether1" action = masquerade comment = "" disabled = no
add chain = srcnat out-interface = "ether2" action = masquerade comment = "" disabled = no
still continue again typing in terminal / ip Routes ==> and copy again enter the following code:
add dst-address = 0.0.0.0 / 0 gateway = 192.168.0.1 scope = 255 targets-scope = 10 routing-mark = route_lb_1 comment = "" disabled = no
add dst-address = 0.0.0.0 / 0 gateway = 192.168.1.1 scope = 255 targets-scope = 10 routing-mark = route_lb_2 comment = "" disabled = no
add dst-address = 0.0.0.0 / 0 gateway = 192.168.1.1 scope = 255 targets-scope = 10 comment = "default routing connection" disabled = no
After that go back to the IP ==> Routes ==> select the gateway 192.168.1.1 comment "default routing" and then change the distance to 1 to 2. Then Load Balancingnya've finished up here.
Please try !!! Should your download bandwidth will increase 2 times as much.

Before we try to test ping from the PC-Client to google.com
Then go into Mikrotik Console and Type as below
/ip firewall nat => enter
Specification:
chain = dstnat
action = redirect
protocol = icmp
in-interface = local (line for the client)
After that of the PC-Client try pinging back to google.com
Then go into Mikrotik Console and Type as below
/ip firewall nat => enter
Specification:
chain = dstnat
action = redirect
protocol = icmp
in-interface = local (line for the client)
After that of the PC-Client try pinging back to google.com

Mikrotik is a small company headquartered in Latvia, adjacent to Russia, its formation was initiated by John Trully and Arnis Riekstins. John Trully an American who immigrated to Latvia and Arnis meet the undergraduate Physics and Mechanics around tahun1995.Tahun 1996 John and Arnis began routing the world (vision Mikrotik is me-routing all over the world). Start with Linux and MS DOS system technology combined with Wireless LAN (W-LAN) AERONET speed 2Mbps in Moldova, neighboring Latvia, then serve five new customers in Latvia, because their ambition is to create a software router reliable and distributed throughout the world. This somewhat contradicts the information in the web Mikrotik, that they had 600 points (customer) and the wireless world.
Their basic principle is not to make the Wireless ISP (WISP), but it makes the program a router that is reliable and can run around the world. Latvia only an "experimental area" John and Arnis, because now they have helped other countries, including Sri Lanka which serves about four hundred customers.
Linux is the first time they use Kernel 2.2 which was developed jointly with the aid of 5-15 people on staff R & D mikrotik that now dominate the world routing in developing countries. In addition to the staff at Mikrotik environment, according to Arnis, they also recruit freelance workers and third parties to develop mikrotik intensive marathon.
